From our Luxury Collection, this British Tweed Hank is made featuring its primary top piece that's 100% English Wool which is Dyed, then wound into strands ensuring complete coloring and then "Hand Woven" to Produce a Beautiful Pattern of Colors and Textures. Our British Tweeds come from the most renowned Makers of British Tweed known for exquisite and high-quality craftsmanship such as Harris Tweed, Donegal, Lovat Mill, Mallalieus of Delph, Kynoch 1788,  Abraham Moon, Joshua Ellis, Fox Brothers, Johnstons of Elgin, Lochcarron of Scotland, Martan Mills, Standeven, Robert Noble, Kenneth MacKenzie and more!

Most Hanks in EDC use a Cotton Synthetic Poly Blended Fabric for the Top Piece (Show Piece) that have "Printed" patterns and clipart on one side. Our Top Piece is made using 100% Sourced Wool from the United Kingdom which is 100% Natural.  Each Piece is around 12oz. which is thicker and slightly heavier than the latter Top Pieces commonly used to make EDC Hanks. This difference of Material will provide a lifetime of everyday use, always in style with fashion and elegance.

The Backing is made with our Top-Shelf Premium USA Made Microsuede with our Custom Printed Brand Name Pattern. Our Microsuede is soft, durable and thick compared to the more commonly used Microfiber. Read more about Microsuede below.

All of our Luxury Hanks are double stitched with USA Manufactured thick and durable Sized 69 Tex-70 Bonded Nylon Thread by Maine Thread Company. 

All of our Luxury Hanks also include a Premium 3/8ths (roughly 10mm) USA Manufactured Grommet and Washer as well as a 3mm thick Premium USA Leather Squared Lace.

About Microsuede:

Microsuede is softer, heavier and thicker than the more commonly used microfiber. It's called Microsuede as it's made to look and feel like Suede. Unlike actual Suede, Microsuede won't stick to metal, allowing easy cleaning action as it glides over the surface with just enough grip to effectively wipe away dirt and grimes which are bad left on metal surfaces. Also, unlike Microfiber, Microsuede doesn't stick to skin or other fabrics "such inside your pocket". Microsuede is superior for cleaning metal surfaces as well as for actual pocket carry, which won't snag, frey or get any runs; common with the finer Microfiber alternative.

***During our extensive testing we noted that Microsuede was as effective on Glass and Hard Plastic Surfaces as Microfiber. However, we also noted that Microsuede was more effective on Metal and Wood Surfaces than Microfiber which given one of the primary purposes of an EDC Hank is to clean and maintain pocket knives, Microsuede was the best choice to use as our Backing. Especially for true Pocket Carry.
