Vintage Luxury Boucle Wool Bespoke "The Otis" 5.25"x6.00"
From our Vintage Luxury Collection, we use Real Vintage Deadstock Fabrics that were never used. Many of these had been sitting in the deep warehouse cellars or tucked away in some old former company's attic. They come from collectors, and fashion industry warehouses from all parts of the world. We won't always know it's original manufacturer or long road to arrive in our inventory, but we will always only use higher-end Luxury Textiles that are carefully selected.
We are partial to Textiles that work well with Leather and this gorgeous fabric is definitely that. Experience the Perfect Blend with Silk and Wool fabric which offers the best of both worlds, combining the luxurious softness of silk with the exceptional warmth and durability of wool. This is a very unique Hank and is such to upgrade your EDC with a more Vintage and Luxury appeal and feel.
It's much Heavier and Thicker than the Common Cotton Hank. So not only does it look High-end, it Feels High-end and Performs Fantastic. This Hank also features our interchangeable Classy Antiqued Brass Screw Rivet showcasing our Skull and Crossbones Logo. For our Backing we use an upgraded Microsuede over the more commonly used Microfiber Backing. Read more about Microsuede below.
**** Exact Patterns will Vary as each piece is cut from a large roll of this material.
About Microsuede:
Microsuede is heavier and thicker than the more commonly used microfiber. It's called Microsuede as it's made to look and feel like Suede. Unlike actual Suede, Microsuede won't stick to metal, allowing easy cleaning action. Also, unlike Microfiber, Microsuede doesn't stick to skin or other fabrics.
During our extensive testing we noted that Microsuede was as effective on Glass and Hard Plastic Surfaces as Microfiber. However, we also noted that Microsuede was more effective on Metal and Wood Surfaces than Microfiber.
We concluded that Microsuede was the far superior choice for our Hanks.
